yeah I doubt I'll be playing this one at all, unless the number seems high, don't see any reason why this one should do any better than the last one, really, maybe it will make around the same amount, maybe a bit more. But I really don't have a clue, maybe it will do 25 million.

Actually, the over for Miracle is probably going to be the best play, it's already on the Moviefone at number 10 while Barbershop is no-where to be found. Barbershop's audience might be less likely to be surfing the net, however.

Don't forget... last weekend moviefone had THE BIG BOUNCE at #2, yet it did less than Perfect Score. Actually, The Big Bounce did worse than I thought - like, come on, I knew it would suck, but 3.3 million in three days, with Freeman and crooked nose... i don't think any of us saw 3.3 commming. Agree? Maybe 3.7. DO YOU think the odds will move more now football is over. I think a lot of football bettors play the box office during the off season.

I really thought the Big BOunce was good for 6 million. I mean, Gigli made 6.4 million didn't it? You may be right about the lines moving more, look at this weeks lines, they changed pretty fast. They seemed pretty stagnant during the playoffs. Not sure about the over 19 million for Miracle, might be worth a shot, but, a movie about Hockey? The Rookie only did 16 million, and that was considered a success, and it seems like that was a more accessible movie. Seabiscuit made 20.8, not muchmore than 19, and that movie has a much bigger marketting push, as far as I can tell. Think I'm gonna change my tune and say theres more value on the under here, not sure. If it doesn't make it to #1 or 2 on moviefone than the unders definitely the play, right?

Intertops odds are finally up. Hey, and they've got a prop up for CATCH THAT KID. It's in a lot of theaters. Reminds me of Spy Kids. Those movies did really good.

thinking about taking the under 24 at intertops for Barbershop, the trailer doesn't look that good, does it? It might not matter tho.

Honestly... wasn't the first one really funny... and more white people have seen it on video and will want to watch the new one too, compared to only black people watching the first one. Also, that fat black chick up for an Oscar... she has a huge fan base. Remember what she did for Bringing Down The House. I wouldn't be surprise if this puppy hits 30 million. They didn't waste money on the trailer because they knew they didn't have to.
